WPBA gives back to the community by honoring three (3) local high school graduates. Recipient of the $1,000 scholarship was Katlynn Resides of Blairsville High School. CWCTC (Central Westmoreland Career & Technology Center)/Yough award winner – Spencer Conway EWCTC (Eastern Westmoreland Career & Technology Center)/Greater Latrobe award winner – Matthew Weltz
